The McTurbo is the name of a car initially released by the The Räbinä Brothers on the 16th of May, 2002 as part of the Cars car pack officially bundled with v1.0b of GeneRally, appearing in every version made since.

The McTurbo is perhaps one of the most iconic cars of GeneRally, due to its perennial inclusion in every version of GeneRally since its initial beta release in May of 2002. As its name might not readily imply, the McTurbo is loosely based on the design of a top-fuel dragster.

The McTurbo was the sixth-ever car created for GeneRally, as can be evidenced by its order in the main .car file. Interestingly, a Google search for the term "McTurbo" yields results for a very similar looking "vehicle" made from waste McDonald's packaging, which could suggest the origin of the car's name and appearance, but it is unknown if this design was already known by 2002 at the time of the game's creation.
